What are the Care Instructions for the shirts?

Are the shirts true to size?

Yes, all of our shirts are unisex sizing and true to size, pre shrunk 100% ringspun cotton.  Size charts included with each product listing.

What are the specs on the fabric content?

100% combed ring-spun cotton for solid colors, cotton and polyester blended for heathered colors.  Fabric Weight is 32 single, 4.2 oz.

What are the processing and shipping times?

Our RTS (in stock ready to ship) shirts/clothing have a processing time of 1-3 days.  All shirts are shipped with USPS first class shipping, which can take 3-7 business days (after processing time) depending on where you live.  There is an option to upgrade to priority shipping for an additional fee.  Priority shipping takes between 1-5 days.  Shipping days are NOT guaranteed due to unforseen delays that can occur with USPS.  Please note that I make every effort to get shirts shipped out as quickly as possible.  If an issue should arise with your shipping, I will make every effort to get your shirt to you and resolve any issue.  

Presale Shirts have a processing time of 7-14 business days.  

Custom Orders are taken on a case-by-case basis and processing/shipping times vary based off the uniqueness of the custom order.  Custom orders need to be ordered 4 weeks prior to the date you need them by to ensure plenty of time for processing.

Local Pickup is always a free option if you are in the Fort Worth area.

What happens if the color I want is out of stock?

While I make every effort to use Bella Canvas brand on every order, when a shirt color is out of stock I will replace it with a sister brand of equal quality and fabric specs in order to get your shirt to you in a timely manner.  Sister brands that are used include: Next Level, District and Gildan SoftStyle.  All color charts are available within each listing.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

I give refunds for items that arrive damaged or if the order is incorrect from what was originally ordered.  You MUST contact me within 72 hours of delivery receipt of the item in order to get a refund issued.  Refunds are issued after the item has been returned/received back to me.

I will gladly exchange a shirt for a different size if it does not fit.  However, the buyer must cover the return shipping cost.  Please contact me if you need a size exchange.

Is it a requirement to create an account on this website to order?

No, you can happily check out as a guest without registering an account.  The benefit of having an account is to easily track your orders and create your own preferences.
